By using SiklabHR, you agree to use the platform for lawful HR and payroll operations and to safeguard all user credentials and account access.
Tenant administrators are responsible for data accuracy, approval workflows, and compliance with labor, tax, and privacy obligations applicable to their organization.
Service scope
- Employee records, onboarding flows, payroll processing, and payslip generation
- Leave/PTO requests, leave balances, and supporting HR workflows
- Document 201 record management and reporting exports
Acceptable use
- No misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or disruption of platform operations
- No upload of unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
- No sharing of account credentials across unauthorized users
Availability and updates
We may update or improve features to maintain service quality, security, and compliance. Material updates to these terms will be posted with an updated effective date.
