SiklabHR collects and processes account, employee, attendance, leave, payroll, and payslip data to deliver our HRIS and payroll platform. We use this data to provide tenant administration, employee self-service, compliance reporting, and customer support.
We process data only for legitimate employment and platform operations. Access is restricted using role-based controls, and critical events are logged for audit and incident response.
What we collect
- Account information (name, email, authentication metadata)
- Employment profile data (job details, department, compensation configuration)
- Payroll and payslip records (gross/net pay, deductions, allowances)
- Leave requests, leave balances, and attendance/time records
- Employee 201 document metadata and uploaded file references
How we use data
- Operate HR and payroll workflows requested by tenant administrators
- Generate payroll runs, employee payslips, and statutory reports
- Enable employee self-service features like leave and payslip access
- Detect abuse, investigate incidents, and maintain platform reliability
Retention and deletion
Data is retained according to tenant policy and applicable legal requirements. Tenants may request updates or deletion of records where legally permitted.
